The Stables Cottage started life as a horse stable, progressed for about 15 years to a Tasting Room and is now a restored cottage for two. The beauty of this cottage is the stunning views over Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard to the  Groenland Mountain range.

The open-plan main room has a bedroom section with Queen bed, comfy seating and wrought iron stove. The kitchen section is fully equipped for self catering. The bathroom has a large shower and separate toilet.

 

The generous, wide stoep is sheltered and has outdoor furniture for lounging and dining  - perfect for al fresco evenings. The adjoining garden has lawn, shrubbery, large
trees and braai facilities.

WiFi and a TV with Netflix is available in this cottage - as we are in the countryside the speed of the line can vary.

How to find us:

Take the N2 going towards Hermanus. Cross the bridge over the Palmiet River. Just after Peregrine Farm stall, which is on your right, turn right into the Viljoenshoop Rd. After 300 meter (only!),  turn right at the Belfield sign. You will see the big gates to Beaulieu in front of you, do not turn here, turn left and follow the road up the hill. At the top of the hill take the right fork in the road to Belfield . Please go slowly up the gravel driveway (100m) to the big yellow house. Please be cautious of our free-range dogs, especially Daisy, who feels she has to herd every car.
